Certification bodies can apply for halal accreditation by properly filling the necessary application documents listed below:

        Mandatory Application Documents

• Halal Accreditation Application Form (AKR-Fo-001-Rv01)
• Authorized Person Notification Form (AKR-Fo-002-Rv01)

      We strongly advise the applicant body to send the filled version of these documents to info@hak.gov.tr so that our Agency shall conduct an initial overview. 
Once approved by HAK’s technical staff, a notification regarding the consequent procedures shall be made toward the applicant.
