AZSTAND Halal Certification Body is now accredited by HAK
Turkish Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK) has granted halal accreditation to the halal certification body of Azerbaijan Standardization Institute (AZSTAND), the official standardization authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan, established to involve in halal product certification activities.
Following the meticulous assessments and on-site evaluations, conducted this year against national/international standards and related rules, AZSTAND Halal Certification Body has been granted halal accreditation by 27th September 2024.
HAK shall continue to evaluate and process the halal accreditation applications of conformity assessment bodies, pursuant to related national/international standards and implementation rules.
