On behalf of the Republic of Türkiye Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK), which aims to transfer Türkiye's experience in quality infrastructure to the field of halal conformity assessment and taking a pioneering role in the halal sector, we are delighted to invite you to the I. International Halal Accreditation Congress - The Milestone of Trust in Global Halal Quality Infrastructure: Halal Accreditation, to be held in Ankara from 6-8 April 2026.
 
The congress is organized by HAK and is now open for abstract submissions and registrations. For further details, please visit our official congress website: https://www.hakcongress.org. The deadline for abstract submission is January 2, 2026. Full papers in English that have been reviewed through a plagiarism detection program and approved following a double-blind peer review process may, upon the authors’ request, be included as chapters in a book intended for international indexing after the congress. Other abstracts and full papers will be published electronically in the congress proceedings booklet.
 
The primary objective of this congress is to bring together scientists, industry stakeholders, public authorities, and consumers, thereby creating a platform for comprehensive discussions on the halal conformity assessment ecosystem. This congress provides an excellent opportunity to engage in scientific dialogue and exchange ideas with researchers from academia, government, and industry, as well as contribute to the development of new opportunities for collaboration.
 
The congress will feature scientific and sectoral sessions on 6-7 April 2026, followed by a cultural city tour of Ankara on 8 April 2026.
 
We are committed to delivering a comprehensive and engaging program, featuring both oral and poster presentations, alongside a series of social events designed to facilitate networking and collaboration.
