HAK has accredited NPO Japan Halal Association according to OIC/SMIIC approach
Turkish Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK) has granted halal accreditation to NPO Japan Halal Association, located in Japan, for certifying products as halal.
Following the successful results of HAK’s evaluations and on-site assessments throughout 2024, NPO is now accredited for its halal product certification activities, against OIC/SMIIC 2: 2019 Standard in particular.
HAK shall keep evaluating halal accreditation applications of national & international product certifiers, as per the rules and principles laid in the related international standards.
