HAK held its first international halal technical online training program
The Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK) held its first international halal technical online training program on January 18-21.
Having organized training programs to strengthen human capital in the halal quality infrastructure and to raise awareness on halal certified trade last year, HAK organized an international education program for the first time.
There were participants from many different countries participated in the online program such Australia to India, from Austria to Germany.
The training program included the following topics:
• the status of halal certified trade in the world,
• the standards published by the Islamic Countries Standards and Metrology Institute, the relevant institution of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation,
• the relevant clauses of ISO standards referred in the said documents, as well as other normative documents, and
• as well as the accreditation processes and rules of the HAK.
